- Type – Heavy foot traffic streets, fashion-driven strip centers, and regional malls
Use Clause
- The sale of women’s junior & plus size clothing, footwear, and related accessories, as are typically sold in Easy Pickins locations.
Competition
- Provide information regarding all national, regional, or local competitors who cater to similar customers.
Additional Submittal Information
- Provide Dimensional Plot Plans and/or aerial maps, showing all current and prospective tenants, accompanied by previous 3 years sales volumes.
