SHIPPING POLICIES

Easy Pickins ships to all 50 United States addresses and all International supported countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service) and may take up to 8 days to deliver depending on your shipping preference and shipping location. Delays may be experienced during holidays, holiday weekends, or times of inclement weather.

Please take into account that business days include Monday through Friday.

US Domestic Shipping & Handling Rates:

Standard Delivery - Ground Shipping

Standard delivery usually arrives within 2-6 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories, but may take up to 7 business days from the shipped date, taking into account inclement weather and national holidays.

Express Delivery - Priority Shipping Options (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) -

2nd Day Air - shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will usually arrive within 1-2 business days from the shipped date.

Next Day Air - shipping orders placed Monday through Friday will usually arrive within 1-2 business day from the shipped date.

Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, email us at websupport@easypickins.com.

RETURN POLICIES

Thank you for shopping at EasyPickins.com! We want you to love what you ordered. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you will find a solution within our Return and Exchange policy. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website, www.EasyPickins.com, and does not pertain to any of our retail locations. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items bought from Easy Pickins retail stores at this time.

Non-refundable Items: All sales Accessories and Jewelry, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Costumes, Bathing Suits and Sleepwear are considered Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

For all other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed, with original tag attached, and must be accompanied with a copy of your return form within 30 days from the shipped date. Items returned after 30 days from shipping date will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Please allow 3-5 business days from when your return is received and processed for your refund to be credited to you account. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure you return arrives to us safely. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

If item received is defective or different from items on your Original Invoice you may not be refunded. Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.

All refused shipments will be charged a restocking fee of $6.95 S&H and is non-refundable.

Please be careful when inputting your delivery address. All incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages may result in a delay of delivery time.

You may return items for exchange or store credit to any of our Easy Pickins retail locations, with the original EasyPickins.com receipt. Refunds will be requested for in-store returns from online purchases, and returned through online processing soon after.

For Mail in Refunds:

Your package will include an order invoice.  Send an email to WebSupport@easypickins.com requesting a refund for your order and we will forward a prepaid return form for you to return your purchase.  Please make sure to include in the email the exact quantities and the reason for your return. Retain your original order invoice for your records.  All returns will be subject to a $5.00 return fee.

Return shipping is with USPS.  Please keep a copy of your tracking number.  You will need to receive and print the label and apply the label to the box.  Package can be given to a mailman, or dropped off at your local post office. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please note that the Return Label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

In Store Returns:

You can bring your online purchase to any of our Easy Pickins locations to exchange or return. Only eligible products in an unworn condition will be accepted. To make an in store exchange, you must return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange. If you do not have your original invoice, a copy can be printed from the My Account section using the username and password of the account used to purchase.
